Adam Flissinger, Principal, Creative Director

Adam is an experienced Art Director working with both small and large companies creating engaging advertising and design across numerous mediums. He has worked at KBP West and has been a partner of a small creative boutique working on clients like Philips, OrthoClear, and The Hard Rock Café. He has also worked on direct, print and online advertising initiatives for Webex, Safaribooksonline.com, World Gym, and ESPN. Adam has extensive experience creating brand identity, packaging, signage, brochures, sales collateral, advertising and web design.

When he’s not art directing everything from his dinner plate to advertising, you can find him designing the packaging and advertising for his own line of meat rubs and condiments that are available through Williams-Sonoma.

Kalyna Hanover, Director of Client Services

Kalyna was the first and only 26 year old Managing Director of a multinational agency in Eastern Europe, making the front page of the Washington Post. She has more than 20 years of marketing, advertising, and sales experience both in the US and abroad. Kalyna has enjoyed working with brands like Philip Morris, Procter & Gamble, Coke, Barbara’s Bakery, Imagine Soups, Wallaby Yogurt, San-J and Weleda. Her principal strengths include team appreciation, anticipating client expectations, managing the project at large and a passion for fresh risky thinking.

When Kalyna is not at the office, the self-proclaimed ‘eco-wellness-foodie mom with a ‘Slavic-twist’ dances the streets of SF with her 2 .5 year old or shopping for the latest yummy organic treats.

Fiona Thwaites, Director of Strategy

Fiona has extensive experience in strategic planning, database marketing and research projects. She has developed and managed the implementation of numerous integrated communications strategies addressing customer acquisition, cross-sell, and up-sell goals. She has worked on integrated pieces of business with clients such as Dell, BMW, Sprint. Tumi, Bermuda Tourism and Sharper Image.

Fiona has extensive experience in database and relationship marketing with retail and telecoms companies including Orange (France), Tommy Hilfiger, Clear Channel, Circuit City and Blockbuster.

Fiona’s goal is to spend more time working with companies who have a passion for the environment, a passion for their consumers and a vision that incorporates both of these.

Mark Sejvar brings more than 20 years in agency and corporate public relations experience to his role as CEO of the marketing communications firm HypeHouse. Keenly experienced in crisis communications and situation management, his proven, award winning writing and ongoing editor contacts with top trade, consumer and broadcast media worldwide, has effectively established him as a key media relations professional in the lifestyle industries, including fashion, hair and skin care, furniture, travel, health and environmental communication. Sejvar began his career in television, working as a field reporter for an NBC affiliate. He then moved to public relations, working for top brands like Target, Sunglass Hut, Aveda Corporation (where he worked for 10 years) and ultimately founding HypeHouse.
