Situation: It's sometimes difficult to convince the
hard of hearing that they should at least make an appointment to get
their hearing checked by experts.
Solution: Gently and memorably remind them of what
they might be missing. Let them know that we truly understand that in
order to help them hear, we must first truly listen, as summed up in
the tagline "Call Us, We'll Listen".
